Self Employed Mortgage

You only need to be operational for 6 months to qualify for a residential mortgage. Make sure to have at least 10% down payment or equity.

• 100% commission clients only need a Stated Income Letter

Bankruptcy Mortgage

There is no minimum waiting period when you have been discharged from bankruptcy.  Make sure to have at least a 10% down payment or equity.
